On this episode, the boys had special guest Alex Beach on the pod! Alex has one of the most impressive marathon improvement stories out there, going from a college football lineman at nearly 300 pounds, running 4:30 in his first marathon in 2023, and now running a 2:24 marathon at Boston this year.

Alex is a really motivated guy. He has learned a lot about training over the years and told us what has worked so well for him. He runs big miles and takes advantage of training in the heat! This episode was actually very timely because he gave some solid heat training advice.
