In today's episode, Megan shares more of her post-marathon reflections now that she’s a week removed from officially hitting the OTQ. She also talks about her full progression from running through pregnancy to her return to running postpartum and shares tips on how to make a successful comeback.

Rachel gives an update on training, which includes a bit more speed work than usual as she preps to race a mile, and outlines how her training structure has changed since joining the Peninsula Track Club.

Megan and Rachel also answer a few listener questions, including how to push through fatigue in a race and the songs that have defined their past marathon builds and races.
