Episode Notes

In this episode of the podcast I interview 2019 indoor and outdoor British 1500m champion, Neil Gourley. We go right back to how he started running, to his progress as a junior at national level, competing in the NCAA collegiate system for Virginia Tech University and moving onto becoming a professional athlete for Oregon Track Club and living his dream through open eyes. We also go into great detail about his 2018 non-selection for Great Britain Disappointment and onto redemption in 2019 where he left no stone unturned and won both the indoor and outdoor British 1500m titles and secured his place for the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow and the World Championships in Doha. His story is inspiring!
