On this episode, I did a recap of some recent pro running news and also previewed my McKirdy Marathon this weekend a bit!
Some of the biggest news was last week where Clayton Young announced his signing with Brooks. I broke down why I think he signed with Brooks and if it will be a good fit. On this topic, I went through Connor Mantz and Clayton's recent Strava workouts to see what kind of shape they are in for Boston. Will they be as good as last year?
Finally, I talked World Indoor Champs where we saw an epic race between Kerr and Hocker, a 17 year-old American win the 800, and no Africans medal in ANY EVENT!
