Run Streak, Day 23: 15x1min Bike Intervals into Tempo Run
Tuesdays are commonly big bike workouts for me!
I lead the PM team ride and did 15x1min Hard! With only 30 seconds recovery... shortly after was a 4* mile tempo run... felt awesome!
