Laurent entraîne aux Pays-Bas, notamment Femke Bol, double championne du monde du 400m haies.
Dans cet épisode, Laurent et moi revenons sur certains moments marquants de la saison 2025 et nous évoquons bien sûr la décision de Femke de passer sur 800m en 2026. Laurent nous parle des raisons de cette décision, des ambitions de Femke sur la distance, de ce qui a déjà changé pour elle à l’entraînement et des domaines dans lesquels elle a le plus à apprendre.
