Episode Notes

This week with sit down with former Brookline now Dexter-Southfield student-athlete Myles Liss-Riordan. Already making a name for himself and being a successful runner before transferring and before the pandemic started, Myles has made huge strides and PRs in racing. Most notably is the 14:48 track 5k he ran this past fall at the RedTrack Time Trial. We discuss everything from his school transition, college recruitment and training, to his new training from Jacob Thompson in 2020 that was a huge factor in his success. Preaching patience in training and mental toughness for racing We would be shocked if Myles's success does not continue. It was great having him on and getting his thoughts and opinions on everything he has accomplished.
