Welcome to Propulsion Swimming, where we aim to give the sport of swimming the coverage and publicity it deserves! We look at all aspects of swimming including: learning how to swim, stroke technique improvements, race reviews; as well as keeping you up to date with what's happening in the world of competitive swimming whether that the Olympics, World Championships, Masters, Para Swimming or Open Water. Our primary aim is to help give British Swimming a voice and home and also share our personal experiences and knowledge through Dan - a former freestyle Olympic and Commonwealth Games Trials Qualifier, and Scott - a former sprinter turned open water competitor.
