Tonight feels important for a Reds club that has struggled to regain momentum after a strong April. For the Reds, tonight starts with Abbott. The lefty has shown flashes of dominance this season despite inconsistent overall numbers. He enters with a 4-3 record and a 4.02 ERA, and Cincinnati will need him to work deep into the game after heavy bullpen usage in the opener.
