This award celebrates dedicated runners who embody the core values of HSS and NYRR—community spirit, inclusivity, excellence, gratitude, innovation, integrity, passion, and teamwork. Coach Ottilia is all of that and more—she leads training for Forest Park Runners in Queens with infectious enthusiasm that motivates and encourages others to see running as a pathway for both personal growth and community connection.
