Low Octane Freestyle #theraceclub
Low octane freestyle is the most common freestyle technique for distance races (400m+). This helps conserve energy while still having minimum water drag. By keeping our hand close to the head and extending our hand as far as possible prior to hand entry, we see a beautiful distance freestyle technique.
