Many golfers ruin their ball striking by spinning their lower body too aggressively from the top of the swing. This early rotation throws off sequencing and leads to weak, inconsistent shots.
In this video, PGA pro Kerrod Gray demonstrates a Tour Aim drill that teaches players to stay patient in transition, keeping the upper and lower body facing away from the target longer and moving the back knee toward the front knee. This move improves sequencing, leading to stronger, more consistent strikes.
