STOP Standing Up Through The Ball
If you keep standing up through the ball, the problem probably starts before you even swing.
Reaching for the ball at address shifts your weight too far forward onto your toes. Your body senses the imbalance and reacts by standing up or shifting away from the ball during the swing.
The fix is simpler than you think:
✅ Back of the triceps, butt of the club, over the balls of your feet
✅ Equal weight distribution between toes and heels
✅ Close your eyes at address and feel where your balance actually is
