Try these fast twitch sprint drills!
Level One: Three kicks three strokes into flip.
Level Two: Flip into three kicks three strokes into flip.
Level Three: Flip into three kicks three strokes into flip into underwater back to the wall.
For level one we consider under 3.5 a good time. Level two you should aim for under 5 seconds, and for level three under 12 seconds!!
By working on these drills you will improve you flip speed, breakouts, and underwater kicking ability.
