Practice Report: Experience showing up and down OU roster

The Sooners are a team coming off a College Football Playoff appearance in 2025. That experience shows through in a roster that continues to display leadership and depth along with experience. This week we caught up with some of OU's up-and-coming leaders and players developing into key cogs on a roster built to make another run at the College Football Playoff. Taylor Heim takes over duties at linebacker and cheetah. Eddie Pierre-Louis has became a player many young guys look up to this offseason. Courtland Guillory comes off of a celebrated freshman season at cornerback and Danny Okoye knows his athleticism is well known, but his consistent production is not.
