Service Time Manipulation

In light of the comments made by Mariner's former president, Kevin Mather, this week we discuss manipulating service time. What is service time, how teams manipulate it, and WHY they do it. Jess and Rachel talk about the effects it has on relationships between teams and players (both positive and negative), the difficulty in proving time has been manipulated, and how the league needs to step up and stop it.
