The Mac and Mounger Show: UC Davis

The Washington Huskies turn their attention to UC Davis after a 17-point victory over the Colorado State Rams. In this edition of The Mac and Mounger Show, Jack McCauley and Luke Mounger kick things off assigning a report card grade for Washington's week one performance.

Afterwards, each highlights two storylines they are tracking heading into Saturday's tilt with the Aggies, an FCS squad that ranks in the top five nationally. Both former interns are intrigued to see how Washington's defensive front plays after struggling to contain the run in the first half and failing to bring the quarterback down in the backfield until the second half in last week's game.

They will then get into their Bet to Bark segment, predicting a player on each side of the ball to stand out in Saturday's game. Three of the four players selected are freshman on this young and talented squad.

Next, Jack and Luke dive into the Betting B1G Segment, where the latter has developed an early lead in their season long competition. Will the older of the two podcasters continue his reign of dominance in game handicapping, or will Jack strike back this week? You'll have to tune in to find out.

Lastly, each will assign a numerical value to their confidence level that Washington will improve to 2-0 on this young 2026 campaign.
