After the first round of the 2026 NHL Draft, the Blues walked away with some big changes to their forward core: they drafted Tynan Lawrence and Maddox Dagenais and traded 2 of their picks to the Anaheim Ducks for Mason McTavish. On day 2 of the draft, the Blues traded 2 of their third round picks to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Brandon Carlo.
