Dodgers Bring Back Evan Phillips, Send Ben Rortvedt Back into DFA Limbo

The Los Angeles Dodgers re-signed right-handed relief pitcher Evan Phillips on Wednesday, a few months after non-tendering him last fall. To make room for Phillips on the 40-man roster, LA designated catcher Ben Rortvedt for assignment, the third time this offseason he's been DFA'd (and second time by the Dodgers).
