Austin Wells drove home Jazz Chisolm, Jr. with an 8th inning rbi single to lead the Yankees to a 4-3 victory over the Red Sox in Game 2 of their Wild Card series. Carlos Rodon went the first 6 innings and was helped out by the bullpen. Cruz, Williams, Bednar all threw scoreless frames to help the Yankees extend the series.
