Our HEAD Speed 2026 Tennis Racquet Review focuses on the three most popular models. The Pro, MP, and the newly designed Tour model. All of the racquets feature the 23 millimeter Speed Beam with a decent amount of flex for comfort and control. The Pro and MP both feature 100 square inch heads, with the Pro being the heaviest at 10.9 ounces and the MP at 10.6 ounces. The Speed Tour slides in nicely between the Pro and MP in a couple of ways. First, the Tour boasts a 97 square inch head for a more precise feel. Second, the Tour weighs 10.8 ounces, making it more mobile than the Pro and more stable than the MP. All the Speed 2026 models use the Auxetic 2.0 technology and a Hy-Bor construction. Hy-Bor is made from carbon and boron fibers, which are used in the center of the racquet shaft for added stability.
The Speed MP is the most well-rounded model. It is a nice blend of Power, Spin, Control, and mobility.
The Speed Pro is a rock-solid control racquet with a dense string pattern for elite-level precision.
The new Speed Tour slants to the control side of things, with a surprising spin-friendly and mobile performance.
The Speed 2026 launch Jan 15, 2026.
