The Golden State Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 123–120, improving to 7–6 on the season while the Spurs fell to 8–3.

Stephen Curry led Golden State with 44 points on 13-of-25 shooting, adding five rebounds, five assists, and five three-pointers. Curry scored 22 points in the third quarter on 5-of-7 shooting and 3-of-5 from deep. It was his 43rd quarter with 20 or more points. Jimmy Butler added 28 points, six rebounds, eight assists, and five three-pointers, while Moses Moody contributed 19 points, three rebounds, and three assists.

Curry now has 43 career 40-point games after turning 30 years old—second only to Michael Jordan (44)—and 12 such games after turning 35, tied with Jordan and trailing only LeBron James (15).
For the Spurs, Victor Wembanyama recorded a triple-double with 31 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists, along with one block, extending his streak to 96 consecutive games with a block. Stephon Castle also notched a triple-double with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. It marked the first time in San Antonio franchise history that two players recorded triple-doubles in the same game and just the 18th such instance in regular-season NBA history (20th overall, including playoffs).

Wembanyama, at 21 years and 312 days old, became the third-youngest player in NBA history to post a stat line of at least 30 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists, trailing only Magic Johnson (21 years, 227 days) and Luka Dončić (who has done so four times).
