Isabelle Stadden on Training at Virginia: "Brought a new light to swimming for me"
Swimming
Isabelle Stadden has looked like a swimmer reborn this weekend at Westmont. With the 100 back final looming tonight, Stadden has already gone best times in the 50, 100, and 200 Back, the latter two of which hadn't happened since 2021.
Stadden spent 5 years in the NCAA competing for Cal but then took some time away from the pool. Deciding to come back and give the sport another try, Stadden landed with the UVA pros, and so far, it has seemed like the right decision for her.
