SMU tight end RJ Maryland is one of the most athletic tight ends available in the 2026 NFL Draft. He bounced back from a torn ACL in 2024 to finish off a career that saw him haul in 113 receptions, 1,495 yards and 19 receiving touchdowns. Maryland was one of the top performers at the 2026 NFL Combine as he tied for the second fastest 40-yard dash at the combine blazing to a 4.51, and he also tied for 6th in the broad jump (10'2"). His 6.1 yards after the catch ranked among the top 60 tight ends in the country, according to Pro Football Focus.
