In this live lesson, I work with James — a strong player with plenty of speed — who was struggling with inconsistent strike and a launch angle that was too high for his swing.
The issue wasn’t a lack of power or effort. It was how his body was moving during the backswing and, more importantly, how those movements weren’t being blended together correctly. He was drifting off the ball, failing to recover, and paying the price at impact.
In this session, we break down the three key ways the body needs to move in the golf swing, why many good players get them right individually but wrong together, and how improving that blend immediately improved James’ strike and brought his launch angle back under control.
