Fresh off the win at the Mesa Half Marathon, I’m rolling straight into the next phase of Boston Marathon prep.
In this episode, I reflect on the race, where my fitness stands, and what comes next as Boston gets closer. We head into the following week for a fast long run at Buffalo Range, where the conversation shifts to the bigger picture: taking risks, trusting the process, and figuring out how far to push in training.
Along the way, Jon Green shares his perspective on my progression, where I can keep raising the level, and what it will take to arrive at the Boston Marathon ready to compete.
Grit and greed. Patience and pressure. That’s the balance right now.
