North Carolina freshman Derek Dixon came up huge for the No. 16 Tar Heels in their 67-64 win over the No. 18 Kentucky Wildcats. With just over a minute to play and trailing 62-61, Dixon lined up and drilled a 3-pointer to take the lead. Moments later after the Wildcats had taken the lead back, Dixon again calls his own number and drives to give the Heels the lead again. From there, Carolina was able to salt the game away and get out of Rupp Arena with the win.
