WATCH: Luka Mijatovic Swims 3:40.96 400y IM, 2nd Fastest 16-Year-Old Ever

That 400 IM time is the 2nd-best in age group history, behind only Maximus Williamson, who swam 3:39.83 in 2022. Mijatovic was already #2 on that list with a 3:41.75 from April.
