Watch twenty-year-old Shaun White make his Olympic debut in the halfpipe at the 2006 Turin Olympics. In his first run, White scored 37.7 points and nearly dropped out of the competition. In the finals, he scored 46.8 points and won his first Olympic gold medal. Overall, the American snowboarder participated in five Olympic Games and won three gold medals in halfpipe snowboarding.
