Malachi Toney exploded onto the scene as a freshman in 2025 and is back for more and has Hurricanes fans extremely excited as they anticipate a huge year for the sophomore pass-catcher. Toney led the nation a year ago with 109 receptions and piled up 1,622 all-purpose yards with 13 touchdowns. Miami added quarterback Darian Mensah to run the show for the Hurricanes and with Cooper Barkate coming with Mensah from Duke, the offense should open up even more for Toney.
