Goalscorer Mostafa Zico said afterwards that the game was rigged in Argentina's favour - but, we wonder if Egypt should have defended better and held on to win that game, even if they can rightly feel heartbroken with how it ended.
Elsewhere, handsome Murat Yakin's Switzerland beat Colombia on penalties after what was a pretty dull game. Still, at least it means Granit Xhaka n' co can continue their mission of stinking out the latter stages of the World Cup. Plus, some Mariah Carey-based mind games from Thomas Tuchel leave Tony Baz utterly bemused.
