Steven Alker joins the show, Preview of Bermuda | The Drop
The Drop starts this week by previewing the Charles Schwab Cup Championship and welcoming Steven Alker to the show. The New Zealander is on top of the points race headed into the final event and looking to win the Charles Schwab Cup for the third time in four years. Next, we welcome in Golfbet’s Chris Breece and Casey Johnston to debate and preview the PGA TOUR’s penultimate event of the fall season, the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. In recognition of Veterans Day, we are joined by Matt McDonell, the chairman, founder and executive director of Next18. Next18 is an organization with the mission of using the game of golf as a catalyst to provide mental wellness education to veterans and first responders. Matt takes us through his organization, what it means to him and some of the stories behind their extraordinary work.
