A lot of people called this a travel on Anthony Edwards, but Chip breaks it down perfectly here.
He gathers with his left foot as the zero step, right foot comes down as step one and establishes the pivot foot, then he lifts the non-pivot left foot to step through. No height limit on a step, and he never jumps off both feet. The ball is released before the pivot foot returns.
Legal play. I get why it looks wrong in real time, but once you understand the gather and pivot foot rules, this one is pretty clean. #shorts
