Top 5 Phillies who won't be back in 2026

Everybody thinks the Phillies need to shake up the roster in a major way to win the World Series in 2026.

But what does that mean exactly?

Ruben, Jim and Todd ranked 15 players from most likely to be back in 2026 to most likely to be gone. It’s a list that included José Alvarado, Harrison Bader, Alec Bohm, Nick Castellanos, Bryce Harper, Max Kepler, Orion Kerkering, Brandon Marsh, Aaron Nola, J.T. Realmuto, Kyle Schwarber, Bryson Stott, Ranger Suárez, Trea Turner and Taijuan Walker. Why those 15? Why not? It’s more of a though exercise than anything.
