Ultra Island - Can I Run an Ultramarathon on this uninhabited Tiny Pacific Island near Fiji?

This would have to be the first distance run ever completed in this seldom visited part of the world. Up until a couple years ago, there was NOTHING on this island at all. Now there is a single house here on Vawa Island, a very unique and special property built by a friend of mine who had a strong vision.
