In this video I show a full day of eating and training for a half marathon. I'm in the midst of high volume training with lots of miles, strides, cross training hours, and more. Fueling becomes so important when I'm training this much because it not only helps me recover from my previous sessions, but prepares me for my next. Being properly fueled is what makes training effective, and that's the focus of this video!
