The Asics Superblast 3 introduces several material and design updates focused on midsole performance, fit, and sustainability. The midsole now combines FF Blast Plus cushioning with the new FF Leap foam used in the Asics Metaspeed racing models.
The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 continues the shoe’s legacy of comfort and versatility with a few updates to improve the experience.
Although it still uses the same PWRRUN PB foam in the midsole as its predecessor, it seems to have been tweaked slightly to feel softer. That midsole works alongside an updated geometry and plate design for a smoother and more natural ride, with added stability.
