Despite pouring rain and tough conditions, the 2025 Lausanne Diamond League still saw some of the top athletes in the world take to the track and to the field to compete in one of the final meets ahead of the Tokyo World Championships. From Oblique Seville vs Noah Lyles in the 100m, to Brittany Brown in the 200m, to Nadine Visser vs Masai Russell in the 100mH. Lausanne was a good marker for athletes just ahead of Brussels Dl on Friday and the Diamond League Final next week.
