What Would It Mean To Make The NCAA Tournament | 2025-26 ACC Women's Basketball
General Sports
With the tournament bracket out, we now know that (9?) ACC women's teams have made the 2026 NCAA basketball tournament. Back in October 2025, the ACC Digital Network asked many of the women's basketball coaches and star players what it would mean for their programs to make the NCAA tournament. Virginia players Paris Clark and Kymora Johnson mentioned how making the tournament would be a dream come true. Clemson head coach Shawn Poppie said how big it would be for the Tigers, considering how seldom they have made the tournament. For North Carolina's Indya Nivar, it's a step the team needs to reach its ultimate goal of winning a championship. Listen to what the coaches and several star players have to say about what it means for them to make the NCAA Tournament.
