SMU vs. Vanderbilt: The SMU Mustangs lost a tough one on the road to the No. 17 Vanderbilt Commodores, 88-69 in the 2025 ACC/SEC Challenge. Four players scored in double figures for the Mustangs, led by Boopie Miller's 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists. Samet Yigitoglu's scored 16 points and pulled down 8 rebounds, while Jaron Pierre Jr. added 13 points and B.J. Edwards scored 10 points in the loss. Tyler Tanner led the Commodores with 26 points in the win.
