At Sochi 2014, Dominique Gisin and Tina Maze tied with identical times in the women’s downhill, sharing the victory. In PyeongChang 2018, Ester Ledecká stunned the field by winning the women’s super combined by a mere hundredth of a second, finishing ahead of Anna Veith. Earlier, at the 1998 Nagano Games, Michaela Dorfmeister and Picabo Street were separated by just 0.01 seconds in the women’s super-G, with Street winning the gold medal.
