I've been coaching and analyzing basketball for decades, and I've never seen anything like what Mick Cronin did to Steven Jamerson. The kid makes a routine foul - not even flagrant worthy - and Cronin humiliates him by essentially ejecting his own player from the game. Even Tom Izzo was stunned!
But here's what really gets me: Why are you running a full court press when you're down 27 with 5 minutes left? Cronin never pressed when the game was close, so what's the point now? It's like he wanted to embarrass his team even more.
