Ronhill Reverence 2 review - first run and first impressions. Last year I tested trail running shoes from British brand Ronhill and for their first proper step into the competitive trail running shoe market, they did a solid job.

At the start of 2026 we headed to the National Running Show in Birmingham and caught up with Harry Bolton, the man behind Ronhill’s trail shoe lineup. He talked us through the updates and improvements coming to their latest models, and now we’ve got our hands on the brand new Ronhill Reverence 2.

In this video, I take the Reverence 2 out for a first run on the beautiful trails of Cornwall to see how they perform straight out of the box.
