Trailing by 2 with less than 5 seconds remaining, the freshman called his own number and drained a big-time 3-pointer. Okorie scored 26 of his game-high 31 points in the 2nd half, scored or assisted on 40 of the final 42 for the Cardinal, and finished with 6 assists, 2 rebounds, and a block. Neoklis Avdalas led the Hokies with 21 points while Ben Hammond added 14 points in the loss.
