Ebuka Okorie Is Flying High With The Stanford Cardinal
General Sports
The ACC is full of highly touted freshmen basketball players. One who has emerged as a top player in the conference is Stanford's Ebuka Okorie. Okorie is one of the top scorers in both the ACC and Division 1 basketball. He is averaging 22.4 points per game, second best in the ACC, and has five games of 30+ points. On February 7th Okorie scored 40 points against Georgia Tech, setting a new Stanford freshman scoring record, and it was just the ninth time a Stanford player had ever scored 40+ points in a game.
