Kansas vs. NC State: The Jayhawks traveled to Raleigh and defeated the Wolfpack, 77-76 in overtime. NC State's Darrion Williams had two attempts at a go-ahead three-pointer in the final 10 seconds, but could not connect on either. Neither team shot well, with Kansas making 42.9% of its field goal attempts and NC State making just 37.8% of its shots. Quadir Copeland had 19 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and two steals for the Wolfpack. Williams had a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Ven-Allen Lubin finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Kansas's Melvin Council Jr. had the game of his life, making nine three-pointers and scoring 36 points, including the final 13 Jayhawks' points in regulation. Council Jr. averaged 10.7 points per game and had just hit 5-27 on three-pointers on the season heading into this game.
