The Enhanced Games Was A Disaster

The inaugural Enhanced Games took place Saturday night in Las Vegas. It made headlines as a meet where athletes were allowed to openly use performance-enhancing drugs. Fred Kerley won the men's 100m in 9.97, claiming to be clean. Tristan Evelyn won the women's 100m in 11.25, also claiming to be clean. The only world record of the night came in swimming.
In this video, we work through what the Enhanced Games actually was, what it wasn't, and why the most interesting result of the night is the one nobody planned for: the clean athletes beat the enhanced ones.
We get into the production, the format weirdness, the prize money and the broader question of what this event actually is, which is a marketing vehicle for TRT, HGH, and wellness products aimed at men in their 30s and 40s who want to feel 25 again.
