Winter training
In winter, maybe 80 to 90% of my training happens on skis. That part of the year has its own rhythm: long, cold hours with no other sound than wind, snow under my feet or skis, or an axe going into the ice. A different way of moving, and a different way of building the body. I always like this period. It feels simple. Now, little by little, things start to change and the mountains slowly open in another way again. So...
