A Serious Runner Runs on a Treadmill
Every so often, it becomes necessary to do your run on a treadmill... or the "dreadmill". Perhaps you are marathon training on a treadmill because its dark, or the weather is bad, or you're in a hotel... As a #seriousrunner I'll try to distract myself, get competitive with random guys on the treadmill next to me, sweat a lot, complain about running on treadmill, compare running on a treadmill with running outside, and take a photo of the workout summary screen for Strava. Doing a treadmill workout is all part of the grind.
