Closing out the final stretch of the Boston build.
Going through some of my key workouts after the NYC Half as I get ready for the Boston Marathon. The work is mostly done, but these final sessions are all about sharpening up, staying confident, and locking into the rhythm I want heading into Boston.
With the Boston Marathon just 8 days away, this is that stage of training where every workout matters a little differently. It’s less about building fitness now and more about trusting the work, staying healthy, and showing up ready to race.
